55) There are 20 UAE enterprises participating the important IT conference in India

There are about 20 UAE enterprises have shown that they are eager to participate in the event --- Indiasoft 2008, the biggest IT international networking conference in India, this is said by one top official in ESC (Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council).

Kamal vachani who is the regional director of ESC for the Middle East stated that, “Indiasoft 2008 is comprised by a global exhibition and fair, and it is aiming to facilitate those joint collaboration, ventures and strategic alliances to outsource with overseas purchasers.”

The conference is going to be held in next March at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

Sareen commented that ESC is making a plan to carry out roadshows for attracting enterprises from other countries in Gulf.

D.K. Sareen who is the executive director of ESC stated that, “About 200 buyers of software and services from more than 50 countries, and some renowned IT services enterprise in India from those cities of tier two or three, will take part in this B2B (Business-to-Business) forum of partnering. We will find our target UAE buyers.”

There will be some business delegations participating in this forum, such from US, UK, China, CIS, the Middle East, Europe, Korea, Africa, Japan, Latin America and the Asean.

Vachani commented that for participants, this conference will become a pretty effective forum to evaluate appropriate partners whom you can establish joint ventures with, and also to evaluate the outsourcing demands of foreigner purchasers.

It is an opportunity for the participants to widen their vision and choose the emerging international markets in this event.

He pointed out that the main focus would probably on finance, banking, business services, manufacturing, insurance, embedded software, education and training, etc.
