16) Global Experts Favor Software Jobs' outsourcing

Although "anxieties" about job stability happen in the all the countries including the US, global experts prefer software outsourcing jobs from developed nations rather than countries like India and China.

While being a plumber or electrician may be a more profitable profession in developed nations than offshore software development programmers, the most non-managerial and high-level work in the years to come would be those unconventional jobs such as healthcare and individual trainers.

Arguing about problems on jobs at the World Economic Forum's yearly meeting, experts arrived in the agreement that mobility and flexibility were important as far as job is concerned.

David Arkless, from a leading HR firm, said that "companies have stopped feeling insecure about offshore software outsourcing and have generated more posts in North America."

At the same time, Jagdish Bhagwati, a professor at Columbia Universityalso preferred offshore outsourcing said "western countries were benefiting from outsourcing work to locations with a disparate time zone such as China and India." He continued with: "But, anxieties occur out of flux. You should make yourself flexible and improve your skills".

Preferring high-end jobs outsourcing, Tata Consultancy Services CEO, S. Ramadorai, said "it is a matter of momentum, mobility and flexibility. services producing continuous value often stay while services based on commodity change in accordance with costs."
