SDIT Kicks off Hicon Post-Sales Project

In May 2004, SDIT cooperated with Hicon Group to develop a Post Sales Information system. This system integrates with an existing ERP logistic module to streamline the business information among headquarters, regional offices, and network service points. CMM level 3 (capability matured model) has been incorporated into the system development process to ensure the quality of the final outcome. The project is now on the way, and expected to be accomplished in October.

Hicon is a leading air-conditioner manufacturer in China. In May 2003, Shanghai Digital contracted with Hicon to MRP that would optimize its manufacturing process, general management and business efficiency. The development of the MRP is already complete and in the process of deployment.
