In 2005, SDIT made progress in the area of software outsourcing, setting the solid foundation for future development.

Standardized Process:

SDIT received the CMM3 certification in 2005. Our members adopted the CMM3 compliant process along with the project development lifecycle. We have documented the organization-defined standard process of: project management, requirement change management, SQA, risk management, configuration management and communication methodology with clients.

More Successful Cases:

Backed by the hard-working team and the international background merits, SDIT did a good job in 2005. They did so by the fulfilling cooperation with customers in US and Europe.

Dozens of project contracts have been signed with regard to the e-commerce website development (including database applications), commercial and e-business website design and development and MIS for clients widely in US, Norway and Holland. SDIT is proud of delivering cost-effective methods with high quality.

The guidelines of SDIT are to respond at an early stage to avoid risk and to always beat the deadline. As a result, customers who worked with us have become our loyal and frequent clients and long-term relationships have been established.

More Sales Leads:

On average, we can receive 6-8 sale leads everyday, encompassing almost all aspects of IT services through various channels. While getting more chances, SDIT has consistently kept its values. First we discuss our options as a company and then select the corresponding companies for which we are sure to deliver the qualified services. Finally we write the project proposal. It is the concise focus and full preparation that greatly improve our success rate.
