Recently, during the "China IT Outsourcing International Summit", a person says that the talent issue is still the bottleneck of the development of China's IT outsourcing industry. The participants believe that the settlement of talent issue and the size of companies is the prerequisite for IT outsourcing companies to be successful. Currently, there are more than 10,000 domestic IT and software related services companies, but only a limited number of companies such as Neusoft, CNDS and INSIGMA are listed, and they are facing with the similar problems as other companies.

Knowledge of merger

A report shows that from 2004 to now, the domestic IT outsourcing business showed an unprecedented prosperity, it is not difficult to do IT outsourcing businesses with the American and Australian customers, and the industry is in an orderly development trend. At the same time, some forward-looking companies begin to consider various ways to expand the business scale.

Among all the methods leading to expand the scale and improve the quality of services and channels, merger is the most direct and effective way. For the acquisitor, it is a more rapid access to the resources and to provide its customers with higher services quality; For the merger, to sell, firstly you must consider whether your services quality can meet customers' requirements; For the companies who are interested to merge, you must pay attention to intellectual property rights infringement, keep the policy of intellectual property rights in pace with the world-class, and the financial status needs to be almost perfect.

Next year, if the company size is less than 300 and no M & A activity is planned, the development speed will be reduced; the companies which have more than 1,000 employees will gradually become the leader in this industry, as they will pay more attention to take part in the M & A activity abroad.

Talent outsourcing

With overemphasis of company size, most IT outsourcing companies think that only when the numbers of their staff reach certain level could they be called scaled. Are all the tens of thousands of people hired to work? Are these employees with different abilities? Business scale is very important, but it is not the only factor. As a global outsourcing enterprise, there are several characters you need to have: understand the professional knowledge and skills, management structure and processes.
