The IT Expo and National Information Development Forum was held in Tianjin

On September 14th, The 11th China (Tianjin) Information Technology Exhibition and The 4th National Information Development Forum were held in Tianjin.

The 11th China (Tianjin) Information Technology Exhibition which took "Information Technology and Intelligent City" as the theme, showed the new technologies and products which were closely related to information technology with six thematic galleries and 1,300 international standard booths. Also, it was the first time to build a platform for moving Taiwan manufacturing businesses to the North by cooperating with the Taiwan Affairs Office of State Council.

The fourth National Information Development Forum focused on the theme of "Information and Harmonious Development", and opened up "E-Government and Public Services", "International Intelligent New Architecture Technologies and The Project Docking Seminar Around Bohai", "The Information of Sea Ports Around Bohai ", "Digital Campus," "Grade Protection and Risk Assessment "," Golden Card Project and the Information of City " , there were more than 60 experts and scholars, and also more than 130 entrepreneurs attended the forum to jointly explore the information development of China.

During the expo, there were 18 transnational buyers which were from the United States, Germany, India, Hong Kong and other 12 countries and regions purchasing in the expo. By holding “The Translational Buyer Stock Fair”, the committee built a transnational trade bridge to help the enterprises to enter the transnational stock supply chain, and also, it offered opportunities for the enterprises of domestic information industry chain to get into the international market.

China (Tianjin) Information Technology Exposition is one of the largest comprehensive information technology expositions in China. It was founded in 1996, and it has extensive influence at home and abroad. National Information Development Forum is held once every two years in Tianjin; it is national information development summit forum. The 11th China (Tianjin) Information Technology Exposition and The 4th National Information Development Forum were guided by the State Council Information Office, supported by the State Foreign Experts Bureau and China Engineering Academy, and held by the Ministry of Information Industry, the Taiwan Affairs Office of State Council, and also, Tianjin Municipal Government.
