IT outsourcing causes poor prospects for American programmers and other professionals

In decades to come, the highest demanded professions are health care, education and financial services, while the reduced demanded professions are manufacturing, computer programmers, journalists, federal government employees and so on.

People who want to run a travel agency had better choose a field with special demand or specialize in specific tour destinations. But tourism is closely related to volatile economic situation.

The situation of employees and the welfare policy in federal government are even worse. Washington government has employed nearly 2 million people in addition to soldiers, this makes the federal government become the largest employer in the United States.
