We ever developed a project for a European school which is to create a web-based application for the school’s website system. They demanded that the system must be able to not only automate the creation of school information but also allow users to submit information online. The website is based on the Microsoft .Net technology with SQL-server in the back end.

In order to develop a system of best practices in software development, we adopted the project RUP (Rational Unified Process), which is one kind of software development method from Rational. Based on UML, With the RUP development methodology, the development of software is identified into 4 phases that is, inception, elaboration, construction as well as transition, and one or more executable iterations in every stage of software development process. Besides, we deploy the CMM (capability Maturity Model) management process to ensure the quality and integrity of the project. The system allowed both the automation of the creation of school information and enabled the customers to submit information online.
