MRP Business Solution

SDIT provides Hicon Group with MRP Business Solution by using Java, .net, TOMCAT. Hicon Group was established in 1972 and is one of the earlier members of Association of China Refrigeration Air Conditioner Industry. (www.hicon-china.com).

From raw material procurement to finished product dispatch, we can provide a complete manufacturing process. In May 2004, SDIT cooperates with Hicon Group to develop Post Sales Information system to streamline the business information among Headquarter, Regional Offices, and Network Service Points. Now, the group enjoys the right to import and export individually and its products has exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as U.S.A., Japan, Canada, Israel, Italy, France and Germany. MRP systems arose from the need to link manufacturing and production functions, and the development of ERP brought business system to the next level, integration of those processes with the rest of the enterprises.

In Hicon, the system integrates with the existed ERP logistic module. System development process will add in CMM level 3 (capability matured model) to ensure the quality of the final outcome.
